While the facilities are modern and comfortable, the atmosphere is one of stepping back in time. Our first cottage in this small community of five.

Newly restored and ideally located in the quiet and beautiful rural setting surrounded by farmland.

This cottage is a perfect for two couples looking for en-suite bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Newly renovated from top to bottom with brand new appliances and furniture.

This holiday home includes 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms; one with a shower and one with a whirlpool tub. The living room has a stone fireplace, full kitchen and a flat-screen TV, The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need including an oven to try your hand at Irish soda bread plus a dining area to share a meal.

As Lorraine and Keith are seasoned travellers the cottages were decorated with comforts in mind such as plenty of USB ports and comfortable beds. there is even a Delonghi coffee machine and if you are a coffee purest as they are too there is a cafetiere as well.

Behind Lemonade Cottage is a secret garden just for you where you can eat as well as relax in your own private secluded space.

There is a large shared sitting area in the middle of the other cottages, some of which is covered and free use of the BBQ and furniture. 

Professionally laundered white towels and bed linen are provided free of charge. A perfect touring base for visiting Clare, County Kerry and so much more.

There is so much on the West Coast of County Clare - the Cliffs of Moher, the Aran Islands and the remarkable landscape of the Burren and the colourful town of Doolin. This is a perfect base to go touring. Limerick is 44 km from the holiday home, while Ennis is 28 km away. The nearest airport is Shannon Airport, 25 km from the cottages. We are close to the Shannon Estuary town of Kilrush where you will find world class restaurants, shops and even a water park open in the summer. Ferry to Akill island for a lovely day trip. a little further along are the beautiful beaches of Kilkee and Loop Head lighthouse.

In 2024 when all our cottages will be finished you can rent all four cottages for a retreat with private log cabin retreat space for yoga, Art groups, family gatherings  or meetings.

Blueberry Cottage

Small yet beautifully formed they say.. this cottage has been professionally interior designed and is ready to book. Blueberry cottage as the name suggests has a blue decor with accents of colour for a warm and welcome feel. The main bedroom has an antique double bed with a brand new mattress and dressing area. 

The second bedroom is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed of a single bed over a double bed at the bottom. 

In the kitchen area there is a two burner induction hob, a toaster oven, microwave and a coffee maker. The TV is for Internet streaming and free wifi. There is no cable or local station TV at the moment although this is being installed on march 1st 2023.

Lime Cottage

If I had to pick a favourite it would be this one. Although small with only one bedroom it feels large due to the high pitched ceiling and the beautiful interior design. Designed professionally by celebrity interior designer Shai DeLuca from Canada it has an eclectic style of new and old and with modern comfortable soft furnishings like the large pull out couch which can sleep 2 to the cast iron and stone fireplace you are bound to enjoy this cottage as much as I do. 

The bedroom has a king size bed (europe) and the bathroom has a pedestal sink and toilet.
